Agencies in the monitoring of day to day activities and setting of evaluation system to determine efficiency, effectiveness, relevance, sustainability and impact evaluation of the phase II (Additional Financing) of ZUSP to measure impact of the project in relation to local economic development and livelihoods in Unguja and Pemba.
