For not yet formalised Holland Alumni associations in countries participating in the Orange Knowledge Programme

Nuffic wants to encourage and support the creation of Holland Alumni associations around the globe, and therefore is giving out the opportunity for financial support. Do you want to create a Holland Alumni association in your country? Gather all Holland Alumni in your country and write a plan that Nuffic will finance!

What?

Propose an action plan to set up, formalise and activate a Holland Alumni association in your country and receive € 2.000 from Nuffic to help execute your plans. 

How?

Formally set up a Holland Alumni association in your country, uniting Holland Alumni living and working around you. Then, create a boardpage on the Holland Alumni network to manage your country’s community. See country communities for examples. After that, create an activity plan for 2021!

Lastly, seek close relations with the local Dutch Embassy as only persons with the Embassy’s proven consent can formally set up an alumni association.

Fill out the application form and upload all relevant information.

When?

This opportunity runs from October 1 until December 31 2020.

Requirements

• Officially register a Holland Alumni association in your country
• Create a boardpage on the Holland Alumni network where the country’s community is managed (see country communities for examples)
• Present an activity plan for 2021
• Seek close relations with the local Dutch Embassy*

*This is because Nuffic faces restrictions on the possibility of transferring money. Therefore, Nuffic needs authenticated approval of the Dutch embassy that they will accept our payment and forward it to the formalised association.
